In January 2023, Adolfo won the “Dancing with The Gorge Stars” competition to the song “Too Sexy for My Shirt” by Right Said Fred, hence its name’s sake. This delicious red wine blend of 50% Barbera and 50% Nebbiolo, starts off with a peppery front palate that leads to juicy flavors of dark cherries, ripe strawberries, plums, and nutmeg with a long and smooth finish.
